We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly helpful and even waited for us when we arrived late at night. The view from the common balcony was absolutely soothing, especially in the morning with the mist. The hotel facilities were clean and comfortable, and we particularly loved the comfortable bed in our deluxe room. Additionally, the hotel provided a room for drivers to stay overnight, which was a great convenience. The location was perfect for enjoying the hills and getting some fresh air. we had a fantastic time exploring this city and found it to be a great place for picnics and trekking.
No negatives from this place.

The view from the terrace was amazing, with a beautiful valley and pleasant weather throughout the day. It was a great place to relax and unwind. The staff at the hotel were polite and courteous, and they constantly asked for feedback on the service and food. The location of the hotel was ideal, offering a clear valley view from most of the rooms. This added to the overall experience and made the stay more enjoyable.
The food options near the hotel were limited, as there were not many shops around. This meant that guests had to depend on the hotel's food, which was not of the best quality, especially for vegetarian lovers.

Spent Xmas holiday at this amazing hotel recently and I have to say that it was one of the best hotel experiences I've ever had. the rooms are spacious and clean, and some even have a lovely view of the green hills. the hotel is located in a quiet area away from the city noise, but still conveniently close to the main market and other attractions. the staff were extremely friendly and always willing to assist us with any queries. the food was fresh and delicious, offering a variety of cuisines to cater to different tastes.
The only downside of staying at this hotel was that the service could be a bit slow during peak hours. this did not dampen our experience much, as we had a relaxing and rejuvenating stay overall.
